Please read these terms carefully before using FlowTrack. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using FlowTrack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. FlowTrack is operated by its creator ("we", "us", "our") and is currently in early access.

2. About the Service

FlowTrack is a personal finance tracker designed to help you understand your net worth. You manually enter your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. FlowTrack organises this information, tracks changes over time, and provides insights to help you make better financial decisions.

FlowTrack is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. All information displayed is for personal tracking purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial, investment, or tax advice.

3. Your account

  • You must provide truthful and accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • Each person may hold only one account. Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Ownership of your data

All financial data you enter into FlowTrack belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data in CSV or PDF format, or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings. 5. Acceptable use

When using FlowTrack, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security measures.

6. Plans and pricing

FlowTrack offers two tiers:

Free

Track up to 5 assets and 5 liabilities, monthly income and expense tracking, basic spending categories, and a monthly summary email. No payment required.

Pro — ₹199/month or ₹1,499/year

Unlimited assets and liabilities, cash flow analytics and trends, financial health score, goal tracking, custom spending categories, weekly insights, export reports, and priority support.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Refund policy

Pro Monthly: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

Pro Annual: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, though you retain access for the remainder of the year.

How to request a refund: Email support@flowtrack.money with your registered email address and order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the settings page inside the app. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Your Pro features stay active until the end of your current billing period.
  • After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. All your data is preserved — nothing is deleted.
  • If your data exceeds Free tier limits (e.g. more than 5 assets), your existing entries are kept but you cannot add new ones until you are within limits or re-subscribe.
  • You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time to restore full access instantly.

Account deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the settings page. This action is immediate and irreversible. We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

FlowTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, nor that any calculations or insights will be perfectly accurate. FlowTrack is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlowTrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or a prominent notice within the app. Your continued use of FlowTrack after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of FlowTrack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
