How FlowTrack Makes Money

FlowTrack is a subscription-based business. We make money when you pay for FlowTrack Pro. That is our business model — full stop.

Why This Matters

Many "free" financial apps make money by selling your data to advertisers, lenders, and insurance companies. When you use those apps, you are not the customer — you are the product.

This creates misaligned incentives: the app wants you to share more data so they can sell more of it. Features are designed to extract information, not to help you.

FlowTrack's incentives are aligned with yours: we make money when you find the app valuable enough to pay for. So we focus on building features that genuinely help you manage your finances better.

What About Anonymised Data?

We do use anonymised, aggregated data for internal research and product improvement. For example, we might analyse trends like "what percentage of users have an emergency fund" to improve our health score recommendations.

This data is:

• Fully anonymised — it cannot be linked back to any individual user
• Aggregated — we look at patterns across thousands of users, not individual data points
• Used internally only — we do not sell or share anonymised data with third parties
• Used for product improvement — to make FlowTrack's features and recommendations better
