How to cancel your Pro subscription
We believe cancellation should be as easy as signing up. No hoops, no guilt trips, no "are you sure?" screens five times in a row.
How to Cancel
- Open FlowTrack and go to Settings
- Tap Billing
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason (optional — this genuinely helps us improve)
- Tap Confirm Cancellation
That is it. Five taps and you are done.

What Happens After You Cancel
| What | Details |
|---|---|
| Access continues | You keep full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on March 5 and your billing period ends March 31, you have Pro until March 31. |
| Data is retained | All your data stays intact. Nothing is deleted. Your assets, liabilities, transaction history, goals, and health score are all preserved. |
| Account downgrades to Free | After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. You keep all data but lose access to Pro features. |
| Entry limits apply | Entries beyond the Free plan's 5-asset and 5-liability limit become read-only. They are preserved and will be fully accessible if you re-subscribe. |
| No charge | You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends. |
Re-Subscribe Anytime
Changed your mind? You can re-subscribe to Pro at any time:
- Before billing period ends: Your cancellation is reversed, and Pro continues uninterrupted
- After billing period ends: Upgrading again immediately restores all Pro features. Your data is still there, exactly as you left it.
Refunds
- Annual plan: If you cancel within 7 days of an annual renewal, contact support@flowtrack.money for a full refund.
- Monthly plan: Monthly charges are not refundable, but you retain access until the end of the billing period.
